The Flowering Tree Society provides educational information to the community and assists the plant industry with the introduction and development of new flowering tree species for use in our region.

Educational information is provided through the society’s full color newsletter, fact sheets, noted speakers and flower identification at each Wednesday’s meeting. The society endeavors to provide informative and interesting programs for its members.

Together we can improve the quality of life in Central Florida by making our environment a more colorful place to live in.

Look into becoming a member on our membership page. Whether you plan to attend meetings, join in activities, or just want to receive the newsletter, the minimal yearly fee is well worth the investment.

The Flowering Tree Society of Central Florida is a non-profit organization founded in 1998 by a group of landscape architects, horticulturists and plant enthusiasts from the Orlando area who found a great need to promote the propagation, introduction and use of flowering trees in Central Florida. With the assistance of Harry P. Leu Gardens the society has grown to over 100 members.
